Efforts made by the College to minimize the dropout rate and facilitate the students to complete the course-

  • The average dropout rate of last two years is less than 7% . Most of the student who leave the college after admission are because of their admission to professional courses such as medical, engineering, BCA etc and getting jobs.

Steps taken to control dropout-

  • If any student wants to leave college because of their economic conditions. College helps such students to get the scholarships. Faculty helping by providing books and other study material
  • For weak students extra classes are carried out so they can keep pace with their classmates
  • Parents are motivated to send their wards regularly to the college especially in case of female students.
  • Raging is strictly prohibited in college campus. Students are motivated to create a hormonal environment to feel secure in campus life.

Safety and security of the students

  • Entire college campus is covered by a boundary wall of 6 feet heigh, but boundary wall is broken at many places, because it is too old.
  •  There is only one gates to enter in the campus. Two gates are for the students to enter in the building. Gate is opened for the entry of student. At this point a class IV employee keeps watch on the entry of students and if there is any problem he calls up the Proctorial board to solve the problem. There is a parking for students vehicles at the gate. Across the barrier entry of the student vehicles is prohibited.
  • The principal and Proctorial board keep patrolling the campus to check their identity cards fee slips to stop the entry of unwanted persons inside the campus
  • At the time of admission and examination a request is sent SSP to provide the police force during these days to avoid any disorder.
